Confederacy of Dunces -John Kennedy Toole

This is the worst novel I have ever picked up. The main character, Ignatius, is the most annoying individual ever described. This is apparently why many people find the book comedic, but he made me so angry that I could not waste any more time attempting to read it. Stories without a point do not deserve the effort.
